Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Inc. is seeking a Procurement Process & Systems Analyst for our Calgary Head Office.

The role focuses on reviewing current procurement practices, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into practical solutions using Oracle Fusion and SharePoint. You will work with collaborative cross-functional teams, develop process documentation, and support system enhancements and user adoption.

Qualifications

A degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion and SharePoint.
Strong writing, documentation, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to explain business processes and IS solutions to all levels of the organization.
Interest in using technology, ERP environments, and process automation to improve procurement workflows.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven change management skills with the ability to deliver measurable results.
Certifications such as ISM, CIPS, PMP, or Six Sigma are assets.

Responsibilities

Analyze procurement processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support procurement system and process enhancements, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and user adoption activities.
Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, training materials, and user guides.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate solutions and achieve project objectives.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results with organization and attention to detail.
