Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Coupa specialist to own and optimize Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract configurations.

You will manage multi‑module deployments, data integrity, and analytics, partnering with Procurement, Finance, AP, and Supply Chain to streamline sourcing, invoicing and supplier management. The role requires deep Coupa hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into governed system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6+ years of eProcurement system experience with Coupa sustainment/implementation.
• Experience in construction or industrial-based industries is a strong asset.
• Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal Coupa technical SME across Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and Analytics.
• Monitor platform health, adoption, and performance metrics; drive improvements.
• Advise on complex system and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead master data alignment across COA, suppliers, contracts, and commodities.
• Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, rollouts including SIT/UAT and go-live support.
• Stay current on Coupa developments; influence roadmap and run release impact assessments.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Maintain configuration docs, process flows, and support work instructions.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to a Systems & Process Analyst.

Description

You will require deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, hands‑on Coupa configuration and integration experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into well‑governed system solutions. If you are the person your team turns to when something breaks—and when something needs to be built better—this role is for you.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal Coupa technical subject matter specialist across modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and Analytics
• Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance metrics to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Advise on complex system and integration issues, performing root‑cause analysis and driving permanent fixes
• Lead master data alignment across chart of accounts, suppliers, contracts, and commodities to ensure data quality across procurement and finance systems
• Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business requirements
• Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and rollouts including configuration, SIT/UAT, issue resolution, and go‑live and hypercare support
• Stay current on Coupa developments, influence Coupa's roadmap through engagement with their teams, and lead quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and feature enablement
• Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing, buying, invoicing, and supplier management processes
• Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and support work instructions to enable long‑term platform sustainability
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight to a Systems & Process Analyst (P3)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or IS is an asset
• 6+ years of eProcurement system experience, with hands‑on Coupa sustainment and/or implementation experience strongly preferred
• Experience in construction or industrial‑based industries is a strong asset
• Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
• Experience working with ERP integrations and cross‑functional enterprise environments
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound business judgment
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
• Supply Chain Canada or APICS membership/certification is an asset

Work Environment

• Hybrid work environment
• Occasional travel may be required (<25% of the time)

Compensation

$92,800.00 - $127,600.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
