Qualifications

• High School graduate with credentialing or enrollment experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience with federal payer submission processes and portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payer enrollment and credentialing applications.
• Maintain provider data in internal systems and payer portals.
• Monitor status, respond to payer requests, and resolve issues.
• Manage revalidations, recredentialing cycles, and expirables.
• Communicate enrollment status to stakeholders and payers.
• Support process improvements to reduce delays and denials.
• Develop SOPs and maintain knowledge of payer rules and billing.
