Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years delivering enterprise-level process improvement.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certified or in progress.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives or projects.
• Advanced experience in Agile practices (scrum, kanban).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with leadership team.
• Guide and assess business requests using Lean methodologies.
• Drive automation, process mining and RPAs.
• Coach analysts and align with strategy.
• Develop performance metrics to track progress and impact of changes.
• Manage forecasted budget and resources.
• Lead change management activities within projects/programs.
