Job summary

SYSTRA Canada is seeking a Senior Multidisciplinary Technical Coordinator for the Alto project to coordinate technical development across civil and infrastructure disciplines. You will manage interfaces among alignment, roadworks, bridges, geotechnics, utilities, and drainage, ensuring coordination with BIM processes and other workstreams.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Experience on major infrastructure or rail/transit projects; BIM coordination familiarity.
• Clear bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces within Alto sector and align with other workstreams.
• Review discipline outputs for technical soundness and constructability.
• Lead regular technical coordination meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinator for model integration and clash detection.
