Boehringer Ingelheim Canada is seeking a Senior Market Access Leader to oversee the development and execution of the operational market access strategy across Canada. The role manages teams in HEOR, Government Affairs/Advocacy, HealthCare Affairs, Strategic Accounts and Channel Management.

This position is based in Burlington, Ontario with a flexible/hybrid work arrangement. The leader will work with health system stakeholders and government partners to accelerate patient access to innovative

Qualificações

• Minimum University Degree (Science or Business preferred).
• Extensive leadership experience in pharma and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Market Access teams to position value with Canadian health system stakeholders and policymakers.
• Develop national/regional advocacy strategies for product listings and HTA submissions.
• Provide input into local/global strategic planning and organizational capability development.
• Manage a high-performing leadership team and recruit/develop talent.
• Directly oversee Heads of Government Affairs, HEOR, Strategic Accounts, HealthCare Affairs, Channel Management, and Coordinator.
