Job summary

Frontline Group is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage magazine titles from planning to delivery, coordinating with publisher teams, suppliers and carriers. You will contribute to cost-saving opportunities and improve forward planning in a hybrid Peterborough, Canada role.

The position involves collaboration across departments, field visits, and handling wholesale operations with emphasis on timely, accurate execution. Experience in magazine or FMCG supply chains is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain activities within magazines, FMCG, or similar environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Proactive problem-solving, negotiation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible, collaborative approach and team player.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage publisher titles from planning through to collection and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with publisher teams, suppliers and carriers.
• Develop understanding of operational supply chain and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide clear updates on production delays, on-sale compliance and unbudgeted costs.
• Track title performance and improve forward planning to reduce reactive issues.
• Collaborate across departments and participate in field visits to share best practice.
• Act as the operational link between carrier and internal teams.
• Place manual orders for non-traditional accounts and provide wholesale support.
• Assist with wholesale queries and compliance reporting.
