Job summary

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Student Loans Analyst for a fixed-term 4-month engagement in Canada. The role supports documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization across lending teams.

You will work with Loan Analysts and partners to sustain service levels and gain practical business experience. The position is bilingual (English and French), employs a hybrid work model, and offers a salary range aligned with student placement programs.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Student Loans Analyst, you’ll support documentation, workflow management, reporting, operational activities and project initiatives that help lending and underwriting teams maintain service levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be part of teams that support Commercial Agriculture Underwriting, Underwriting Business Financing and Commercial Lending operations, working closely with Loans Analysts, Senior Loans Analysts, and business partners. If you enjoy learning new things, collaborating with others, and gaining practical business experience, this could be the role for you.

What you'll do

Required qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in agricultural economics, commerce, finance, agriculture, business or a related post-secondary program
  • Strong analytical thinking, organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in lending, underwriting, commercial financing or customer service
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with reporting, documentation or workflow-related activities
  • Interest in agricultural lending and credit risk assessment
  • Curiosity, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
