Job summary

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) seeks an experienced Credit Manager to uphold credit standards and support lending teams nationwide. You will analyze agriculture and commercial loan applications, apply risk policies, and provide informed recommendations to drive healthy portfolios and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include adjudicating loans, mentoring lenders, and collaborating across FCC channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or commerce.
• Minimum one year of related ag finance or sales experience.
• Proven risk assessment and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and adjudicate agriculture loan applications and requests.
• Assess and apply corporate and credit risk policy.
• Collaborate with lenders to develop lending solutions.
• Prepare rationale and recommendations for higher-level approvals.
• Coach and mentor lenders in FCC business channels.
