Job summary

World Renew is seeking a Planned Giving Manager in Burlington, ON, hybrid (2 days in-office) to nurture Joseph Stewards and grow planned gifts. You will build a pipeline by identifying, qualifying and soliciting donors while collaborating with estate planning partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in fundraising or gift planning, with strong communication and CRM skills. Travel and cross-border engagement may be required in this ministry-focused position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in sales, marketing, communications or another related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in fundraising and/or gift planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate legacy and planned gifts through targeted engagement with donors.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and steward relationships with a defined strategy.
• Coordinate with estate planning professionals to facilitate gifts and advise donors.
• Develop educational content about legacy giving for brochures, webpages and FAQs.
• Record donor information in the CRM and report on goals and activities.
