Job summary

Interac Corp. is seeking a Corporate Applications Intern to support tool standardization and systems integration. You’ll work with Jira Cloud, Planview, Salesforce, and ServiceNow in an agile environment to automate and optimize processes.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work model, a downtown Toronto office, and an opportunity to learn with Interac’s Corporate Applications team through hands-on experience in IT systems and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently studying relevant fields with strong interest in IT systems
• Familiarity with product delivery and backend workflows
• Comfort with project management tools and cloud-based systems
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily syncs and team meetings; capture notes and actions
• Create, update, and organize Jira tickets
• Develop and maintain Confluence documentation and Jira project setup guides
• Support Jira Cloud standardization, reporting, and workflow
• Collaborate with IT, PM, and Agile Coaches to onboard and train users
• Document automated workflows and assist with testing integrations
