Job summary

Mint Green Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own internal IT operations in Montreal. You will modernize the IT environment, work with the VP of IT on strategic initiatives, and take ownership of projects that impact the business.

Ideal candidates are early in their IT career, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about technology. Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows skills, plus customer service, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including workstations, printers, networking equipment, wireless access points, and other office technology.
• Monitor health and performance of IT systems and resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with infrastructure improvements and technology refreshes.
• Work with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, network topology, hardware, and SOPs.
• Administer Microsoft 365: users, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security Groups, Licensing.
• Provide Level 1–2 support for employees; install and maintain Windows devices.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, set up accounts, equipment, and software.
