Job summary

Stella-Jones Inc. in Montréal, QC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, deploy, and optimize a hybrid Windows/AWS/Azure environment, safeguarding on-premises servers and expanding cloud footprints with high availability and security.

You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, backups, and security controls. The role combines in-office days at our Saint-Laurent HQ with remote work, requiring scripting skills, incident response, disaster recovery planning, and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Expert Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure production environments.
• Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 tenant management expertise.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Zscaler and knowledge of ZTNA.
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Server Administration: patch and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) for high availability.
• Cloud Operations: manage AWS and Azure resources.
• Networking: oversee core networking, firewalls, switches, VPNs, DNS/DHCP.
• Identity & Productivity: administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Security & Compliance: implement security best practices and backups.
• Troubleshooting: escalate and perform root cause analysis.
• Documentation: maintain network and server configurations.
