Job summary

Rightsline is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to secure, optimize, and scale our endpoint and cloud IT operations in a hybrid environment. You will work with IT leadership and Security teams to implement best practices, manage device lifecycle, and ensure data protection, with occasional travel and in-office support needs.

You will manage MDM and security tools, support AI infrastructure deployments, and ensure SOC2-aligned security measures while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure, ideally in a SaaS or fast-growth tech environment.
• Education or hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock)
• Experience with AI security, policy enforcement, and deploying AI tools across Mac/Windows
• Senior-level management of Windows and Mac devices via MDM, including AD/Entra/M365 administration
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, phishing and malware defense
• Cloud-first environments, especially Google Workspace and Slack administration
• Scripting and automation in Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Ability to work cross-functionally with InfoSec, Engineering, HR, and Finance
• Excellent documentation and vendor management skills
• Analytical mindset with IT budgeting experience

Responsibilities

• Support endpoint security and compliance across Mac and PC environments using MDM solutions
• Own device lifecycle management from procurement to decommissioning, including inventory tracking
• Manage and optimize MDM and security suite solutions, evaluating performance and costs
• Support and advance AI infrastructure deployment, maintenance and security
• Maintain a secure environment with DLP, malware protection, phishing prevention, and cloud backups
• Collaborate on device compliance strategy for audit-readiness and SOC2 objectives
• Administer enterprise communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace) including access policies and integrations
• Monitor SaaS usage and shadow IT with discovery tools to reduce risk
• Oversee third-party IT services as needed for projects
• Assist with Jira Service Management administration and Atlassian suite
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and mentor junior admins
