Job summary

Softchoice, a software-focused IT solutions provider, seeks a Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect in Toronto. You will guide modernization for public sector clients, building customized roadmaps and hybrid IT strategies across data center and cloud.

Your role spans pre-sales, engagement with district teams, and driving strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has 8+ years selling tech solutions, fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions into Quebec Public Sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, RFPs, standing offers, and contract vehicles.
• Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Quebec government, healthcare, education, and municipal landscape.
• Professional fluency in both French and English, including executive conversations and presentations in French.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within a designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services that include a mix of Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and/or Managed Services
• Leverage the challenger Sales methodology and an insights-driven sales process to customize solutions
• Collaborate with District Sales Teams to create and execute a strategy to win opportunities
• Build and maintain account and market penetration plans on assigned accounts
• Quarterback opportunities from needs assessment through closing deals and diversification
• Engage pre-sales and internal support for end-to-end service
• Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors
