• Develop weekly/bi-weekly reports on warehouse and partner performance.
• Monitor outbound shipments and investigate damage or delays.
• Manage Spare Parts Logistics mailbox and assign queries.
• Run basic reports in Power BI and SAP as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and data integrity.
