Job summary

Allstate Canada Group is seeking a driven Sales Agent in Kingston, Ontario, to grow their own book of business, meet clients, and provide consultative insurance solutions within a hybrid on-site and flexible work model. You’ll build community relationships, manage a pipeline, and hit monthly/quarterly targets with coaching and licensing support.

With uncapped commissions and a national brand behind you, you can develop your network, earn between 70k and 120k CAD annually, and enjoy day-one

Qualifications

• A results-driven, target-focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals.
• Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly.
• Comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
• Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province.
• Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
• Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them to insurance solutions.
• Stay active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
• Maintain consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
