• Familiarity with HR systems, MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, AI, automation or digital process improvement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and leadership programs and assist with Talent Program execution.
• Support summer student recruitment activities and respond to inquiries via ServiceNow.
• Help maintain knowledge resources and execute lifecycle transactions in HR systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes with AI, automation and digital tools.
• Participate in projects and present outcomes or learnings at term end.
