Job summary

Ontario Dig Authority is seeking a Sr. Manager, Education and Industry Outreach to lead education programs, training, online learning and awareness activities.

You will collaborate with industry, education institutions and municipalities to promote safe excavation practices and drive stakeholder adoption of programs. The role provides direct leadership to Education and Outreach staff and partners with the VP to advance education opportunities, partnerships and industry development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading education programs, training initiatives and online learning.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with education institutions, industry and municipalities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in program planning, evaluation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of education programs and LMS activities.
• Drive outreach campaigns, conferences and events to promote program adoption.
• Cultivate partnerships and industry development opportunities.
• Set annual plans, metrics and reporting for education and outreach.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the Education and Outreach team.
