Job summary

LifeLabs is seeking a HCP Sales Director to lead client acquisition, account growth, and long-term relationship management for healthcare practitioners across Canada. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.

You will drive national sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver measurable growth and practitioner value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or revenue leadership.
• Track record in practitioner-focused sales and growth strategies.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales strategy for practitioner markets and revenue growth.
• Drive new business development and expand revenue in existing accounts.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals with practitioner clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to enable onboarding and adoption.
