Job summary

AIMCo is seeking a proactive Business Analyst, Front Office Technology & Business Delivery, to join a cross-functional DevOps team supporting AIMCo's investment teams. You will elicit and document requirements, define specifications, support testing, and align business and technology across the investment lifecycle.

The role collaborates with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Analysts, Risk Managers, and stakeholders, applying capital markets knowledge to deliver clear analysis and ownership as

Qualifications

Knowledge of capital markets products and the trade lifecycle.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data/workflow issue resolution.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of technology solutions across the full investment lifecycle.
Translate business needs into requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Assist with design, testing, deployment, and UAT activities.
Document stakeholder requirements, data needs, interfaces, and reconciliation rules.
Help build product backlogs and drive process improvements.
