Job summary
AIMCo is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Front Office Technology & Business Delivery to lead a small team within our Global Technology & Data group in Calgary. You will oversee platforms used by Investment, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Trading teams, delivering solutions that enable sound investment decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 4–5+ years in capital markets or investment management IT.
- Experience leading teams or coordinating projects/streams.
- Experience delivering or supporting IT solutions across investment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of technology professionals.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with investment, risk and trading stakeholders.
- Support delivery, enhancement, and stability of investment platforms.
- Lead day-to-day operations and project execution across initiatives.
- Drive prioritization, planning, and resource management with PMs and architects.
- Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to deliver business value.
