Job summary

Co-operators General Insurance Company is seeking an Analyst I of Investigative Services to collect and analyze data and apply advanced investigative techniques to contribute to the identification, examination and suppression of claim and policy fraud.

You will investigate files, use analytics tools to detect fraud, document findings, and present findings to stakeholders while collaborating with the team and ensuring strict confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in insurance, analytics or related field.
• Knowledge of investigative techniques and fraud trends.
• Understanding of insurance policy language for coverage and settlement of claims.
• Experience in predictive analytics is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate files and networks to identify fraud patterns and document findings.
• Utilize analytic tools and data to detect fraud and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders and present findings.
