Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business or accounting fields.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or credit.
• Knowledge of risk management and banking practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality credit analyses and make recommendations.
• Structure credit applications meeting client needs and risk criteria.
• Determine client financing needs with Commercial Account Managers.
• Negotiate terms with Credit Risk Management and confirm financing availability.
• Incorporate feedback from Account Managers and present to RVP.
• Prepare documents and update client files to process applications efficiently.
• Act as a resource for the team and support skills development.
• Identify sector risks inherent to activities.
