Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead high-impact Finance Technology projects in a global banking environment. Hybrid – 1 day per week in office in Toronto.

You will support Product Control, Finance IT, Regulatory teams across the Americas, coordinating with globally distributed development teams and stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives with direct business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in banking and/or financial services technology.
• Strong experience supporting Product Control and Regulatory Banking environments.
• Proven PM/BA experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
• Experience with hedging, P&L, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in Jira, Rally, SQL, and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with Clarity or Microsoft Project and Confluence.
• Able to work with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects supporting Product Control and Finance IT across the Americas.
• Run daily Scrum/Agile ceremonies with distributed teams.
• Manage project timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders across regions.
• Identify risks early, recommend pragmatic solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate across business, technology, regulatory, and development teams.
