Job summary

The College of Naturopaths of Ontario is seeking a Manager, Finance & Risk to lead financial activities, IT systems, and the Enterprise Risk Management program. You will coordinate committees, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting IT governance and risk controls.

With a CPA or CRMP designation and at least five years of related experience, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor staff, and contribute to the College’s sustainability and compliance

Qualifications

• CPA or CRMP designation required or in process.
• Minimum five years of related experience and/or education; or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and regulatory documents.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage IT systems procurement, vendor oversight, and asset disposal.
• Oversee Enterprise Risk Management program development and reporting.
• Provide committee support for Finance, Audit, and Risk activities.
• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise program staff.
• Support HR processes including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Deliver enterprise risk training to staff and volunteers.
