Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate field service appointments and installation projects.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and installation schedules.
Dispatch technicians to job sites and ensure they have the necessary information and resources.
Monitor the progress of field operations and provide updates to clients and management.
Assist in troubleshooting field issues remotely when required.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and technician performance.
