Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to partner with enterprise customers to lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success.

The role requires experience in software implementations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, and consulting.
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn MaintainX product quickly and become an advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations across extended timelines.
• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle to maximize product value.
• Serve as the client manager during implementation to align with business operations and manage expectations.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Provide product knowledge support and best practices.
• Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot problems.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams.
