Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in writing, content creation, communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Strong portfolio in email marketing, digital communications, and campaign writing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
• Experience creating content for email campaigns and client communications.
• High attention to detail and quality; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual French/English – interaction with colleagues nationwide.
• Canada work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt content for customer emails, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
