Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking an English Copywriter with 3 to 5 years of experience to craft customer-facing and internal communications. You will ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, business goals, and audience needs, while collaborating with design and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

You will develop content for emails, newsletters, and campaigns, translating briefs into compelling copy and maintaining high quality and consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing, digital communications, and campaign writing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Experience developing content for email campaigns and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt copy for customer email communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

About the role

We're looking for a English Copywriter with 3 to 5 years of experience joining the Creative & Brand Studio. You will play a key role in developing customer-facing and internal communications, ensuring every message is aligned with our brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs. The role combines strong writing skills, strategic thinking, communication planning, and collaborative execution.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English‑speaking colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
• Experience collaborating with French copywriters, translators.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM communications.
• Understanding accessibility and inclusive writing principles.
• Experience working in a multi‑brand environment.
• Knowledge of UX writing or digital content best practices.
