Job summary

Intact is seeking an English Copywriter with 3 to 5 years of experience joining the Creative & Brand Studio. You will play a key role in developing customer-facing and internal communications, ensuring every message is aligned with our brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of copywriting, content creation, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing, digital communications, and campaign writing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write for multiple audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Experience developing content for email campaigns and customer communications.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt copy for customer email communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate briefs into compelling communication copy.
• Partner with designers to develop integrated creative solutions where messaging and visuals work together.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and campaign development.
• Apply brand guidelines and tone-of-voice standards consistently across all communications.
• Ensure consistency across campaigns, customer touchpoints, and communication channels.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of content within digital communications.
• Partner with marketing, brand, and business stakeholders to identify messaging updates and incorporate them into the Key Message Hub.
