Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business.
• Technical or manufacturing aerospace background is an asset.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates initiative, results-driven mindset, and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering commitments.
• Strong project management experience with leadership and analytical skills.
• Delivers quality work on time and holds stakeholders accountable.
• Broad knowledge across engineering, contracts, finance, sales, procurement, logistics, methods and customer support.
• Ability to influence at multiple organisational levels in French and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations on large value business cases impacting customers, suppliers and portfolio strategy.
• Interact with leadership to articulate program goals and objectives at an executive level.
• Coach and support other program analysts to lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering and technical functions.
• Own development and management of strategies, schedules and budgets for the project portfolio.
• Establish and track metrics; prepare status reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Present project schedules, business cases and updates at senior management reviews.
• Identify key project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Escalate issues to appropriate management levels when required.
• Build and maintain a strong network with internal and external stakeholders.
