Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-user technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate workplace technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise environment.
• Lead planning for end-user devices, peripherals, collaboration tools, and meeting rooms.
• Standardize device management practices and lifecycle support processes.
• Partner with Information Security to address security requirements and compliance.
• Drive technology implementation initiatives and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate solutions and modernization projects.
• Create business cases and executive communications; translate tech concepts for leadership.
