DATA Communications Management Corp is hiring a Supervisor, Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems across our sites. The role focuses on compliance, quality and safety improvements, and auditing readiness.

The position is hybrid with 2–3 onsite days per week, split between Brampton and Burlington locations. You will drive ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 alignment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, or related field (designation preferred).
• 3–5 years working in a manufacturing or multi-site production environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an asset.
• Experience supporting certification programs such as FSC, SGP, and SFI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across multiple sites.
• Manage Quality Incident Response (QIR) process and escalations with customers.
• Support internal auditor training and capability development.
• Maintain Health & Safety Management System for compliance with Canadian regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions to improve safety.
• Support injury management and ergonomic assessments.
• Monitor safety performance and recommend risk reduction initiatives.
• Maintain certification compliance (FSC, MDEL, SGP, SFI) across sites.
• Align with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize best practices across sites.
• Deliver training on EHSQ systems and compliance requirements.
• Provide reporting on risk and trends to leadership.
