Qualifications

• 1 year of hands‑on Agile experience
• 1–3 years operating mission critical distributed systems
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD and Rancher
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks via data analytics
• Strong Ansible experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to automate tasks and own problems in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for multiple applications
• Collaborate with Agile teams to resolve production incidents quickly
• Automate infrastructure with CI/CD, IaC, and cloud services
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance
• Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge across teams
• Participate in off‑hours support as needed
