Job summary

Hydro One Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Toronto. You will translate business requirements into user stories and processes, driving adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.

The role requires 10-15 years in telecommunications or IT, proficiency with TM Forum L4/L5 processes, and experience in process mapping, BPMN, and Agile methodologies. Hybrid work with on-site days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
• Proficiency in TM Forum L4/L5 processes, Telecom Operations, ServiceNow, and Order Management.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• CBAP certification is preferred; eTom nice to have.
• Familiarity with JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to understand processes.
• Document requirements using templates with clarity and traceability.
• Prioritize requirements with business value and feasibility.
• Create wireframes for usability and customer experience.
• Map current and future processes using BPMN for Telecom Operations.
• Translate requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and ensure adoption of solutions.
