Job summary

iQmetrix in Vancouver is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and adoption for Intelligent Commerce Retail Experience. You’ll ensure setup activities are completed accurately and that clients know how to use the tools in day-to-day operations.

You’ll collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Account Management to deliver a launch that is consistent and outcome-focused, while building client confidence and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, enablement, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience managing several onboardings at the same time from kickoff through go-live
• Experience delivering training or enablement sessions to non-technical users
• Problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving issues and removing blockers
• Comfort with process mapping and workflow analysis to understand client operations
• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track accounts and milestones

Responsibilities

• Facilitating client onboarding. Lead clients through a structured onboarding plan and confirm required setup items are completed on time.
• Building client confidence. Deliver onboarding and training sessions to diverse audiences and explain key workflows.
• Supporting account alignment. Partner with Account Managers to connect launch activities to client goals and communicate progress.
• Driving adoption. Monitor early usage and readiness signals and plan targeted follow-ups.
• Improving launch consistency. Capture lessons learned and build reusable playbooks and checklists.
• Managing client communication and relationships. Maintain a client-focused approach across high-volume requests.
• Keeping records accurate. Maintain onboarding activity and milestones in Salesforce.
