Job summary

The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Project Manager for the Clinical Reinvention Team to support Horizon redevelopment, clinical planning, and operational readiness. You will engage with clinicians, families, consultants, and hospital leaders to align planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in the sciences, healthcare, nursing, or an allied discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in a healthcare setting with complex planning experience.
• PMP Certification or similar is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support redevelopment planning and implementation across Project Horizon initiatives.
• Lead clinical and operational planning activities with clinicians and hospital leaders.
• Translate requirements into planning, design, and readiness strategies.
• Manage workplans, risks, issues, and action tracking for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with IMT, Facilities, Supply Chain and other teams to align objectives.
