Job summary

COVE, based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, seeks a Client Success Associate to enhance the client experience across prospective clients, tenants, and site users. You will coordinate onboarding, communications, events, and service processes, maintaining CRM data and supporting engagement across the community.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related) and 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong teamwork, organization, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer experience, tenant or membership management, client relations, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Advanced digital proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, tenants, and site users to support client attraction, occupancy, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding COVE programs, services, facilities, and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes and site tours.
• Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
• Coordinate and deliver client engagement activities, including workshops and events.
