Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Category & Planogram Analyst to translate category insights into actionable assortment and planograms for our national Convenience & Gas customers, and to own planogram development across our retail network.

You will partner with Sales, Category Development, and Retail Operations to optimize shelf space, improve store layouts, and drive category growth with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Category Management, Category Development, Space Planning, Merchandising, or related retail discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining retail planograms.
• Strong understanding of category management fundamentals, including assortment optimization and shelf-space allocation.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Leadership and Customer Partnerships: build relationships with national and regional C&G customers and support category reviews.
• Turn Category Insights into Action: translate sales and shopper data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop Customer Assortment and Planogram Solutions: create data-informed wine planograms for C&G customers.
