You are equally comfortable working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with retail customers. You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines without losing sight of the details. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can take ownership of your work, solve problems, and contribute ideas that improve both business results and ways of working.

Strong understanding of category management fundamentals, including assortment optimization, shelf-space allocation, merchandising principles, and shopper behaviour. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate sales and category data into practical, actionable recommendations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with store layouts, fixture specifications, assortment data, and planogram schematics. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
