Job summary
OpenTable in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Cash & Collections Analyst for a 12-month contract. The hybrid role supports our Finance team with global cash receipts, AR collections, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Billing and Accounting.
You'll leverage ERP/CRM and AI tools to optimize workflows, ensure accurate records, and protect customer relationships across time zones. The position starts November 2026 and concludes November 2027 with growth potential.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B collections, AR, cash application, or finance operations.
- Experience with reconciliations and aging reports.
- Proficient Excel with pivot/table lookups.
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools or workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage global cash receipts and collections to reduce past-due balances.
- Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Accounting to resolve payment blockers.
- Analyze aging and risks to prioritize follow-ups.
- Support month-end close and reconciliations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support automation.
