Job summary

AbbVie in Montreal, QC, is seeking an order processing and customer support professional to handle sales orders, inquiries, and coordination with internal teams. You will manage pricing, tracking metrics, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining regulatory training records.

The role requires strong bilingual communication and pharma exposure. Hybrid work environment with a mix of office and remote tasks, supporting a high-volume customer base in the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to write and express ideas clearly; plan and prioritize work.
• French & English speaking skills mandatory. Must be able to read and write in French language.
• Pharmaceutical Industry background
• Excellent phone skills. Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
• Prior SAP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Receive and process customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain pricing knowledge and quote policy; control price points as needed.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and track key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training and documentation requirements.
• Identify and resolve order processing and systems issues.
• Handle returns and logistics-related complaints.
