PROLINK is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for its Associations & Affinity Groups team in Toronto. You will support Account Managers, assist clients with their professional insurance needs, and collaborate with the Digital Strategy Team to design self-service approaches for customers.
The role involves renewals, data entry in broker systems, and maintaining client files. A friendly, proactive, and customer-focused mindset is essential, with training provided as needed.

As an Assistant Account Manager in PROLINK’s Professional Associations and Affinity Groups department, you’ll provide administrative support to the Account Managers while supporting our clients with their professional insurance needs. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Digital Strategy Team in designing effective self-service approaches that will transform the way we do business with our clients.
