Job summary

Hitachi Rail Canada Inc. in Scarborough, Ontario, is offering a 16-month Product HSE Compliance Engineering Internship. You will assist the engineering team to ensure environmental compliance (RoHS/REACH) and prepare documentation for company documents and supplier records.

Qualifications

• Pursuing engineering degree with at least two years completed.
• Completion of the third year of an undergraduate program.
• Co-op student available for a 16-month term with remaining coursework.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to standardize environmental and performance requirements.
• Generate reports showing product compliance and areas of non-compliance.
• Support environmental lifecycle analysis and document processes.
