What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated, and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians responsible for onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes.

• A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Strong technical, customer service skills, and ability to meet company metrics
• Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• Accountable, responsible, with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently within a team, completing HVAC installations and commissioning

What will you do:

Our Technicians are expected to master their trade and provide excellent customer service, advising on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds standards and codes
• Follow Energy Star installation processes and procedures
• Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and HVAC options
• Conduct HVAC equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Promote our products and services on every call
• Provide a five-star customer experience or resolve issues before leaving
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers
• Contribute to health and safety standards
