What we are looking for:

We seek energetic, motivated, and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians responsible for onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes.

• Minimum 3 years recent HVAC experience, including furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters, including tankless models
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal background
• Strong technical and customer service skills, with a focus on company metrics
• Ability to generate HVAC leads and CPP enrollments
• Comfortable working from heights and using ladders
• Responsible, accountable, with a positive attitude and high customer satisfaction focus
• Efficient team player capable of completing installations and commissioning HVAC systems

What will you do:

Our Technicians aim to master their trade and provide exceptional service, advising customers on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds standards and codes
• Follow Energy Star installation procedures
• Educate customers on maintenance and promote HVAC options
• Conduct HVAC inspections
• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle
• Promote our products and services on every call
• Deliver a five-star customer experience or resolve issues before leaving
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers
• Contribute to health and safety standards
