Job description

The HVAC Technician will perform service calls for both residential and commercial clients. This role involves conducting new installations as well as repairs. Although the position is based out of the office, you have the flexibility to take a company work van home and plan your schedule around service calls. You will use Housecall Pro software to visit and update service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls for residential and commercial clients.

• Utilize Housecall Pro software to visit and update service calls.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Possession of a G2 license.
• Possession of a 313D license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work on call and overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• G1 license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience using Housecall Pro Software or similar home service software.

The role offers a flexible work environment with a shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, which may vary depending on call schedules. Be part of an on-call rotation once every three weeks, covering Monday through Sunday. The office is located in Windsor, but you have the flexibility to bring the company vehicle home and work around your call schedule. Enjoy competitive compensation with overtime pay for work beyond 44 hours per week, including premium rates for weekend work.
