About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC service and be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
Maintain detailed records of service work and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and company safety standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.
EPA Universal Certification required; HVAC trade school or equivalent .
Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, materials, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
