The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heat-pump based heating and cooling systems in residential settings, while ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform installation and service of heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnose system issues, test components, and perform corrective actions
• Ensure all work complies with Safety NL, provincial codes, and industry standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong connections with homeowners through clear, respectful communication
